We offer 4 villas: La Bastide, La Bergerie, La Restanque, and L’Atelier. All offer a high level of comfort, with private pool, air conditioning, garden, equipped kitchen, etc.
What is the capacity of the villas?
Our villas can accommodate between 4 and 8 people, depending on the model. They are perfect for families or groups of friends.
Is the site accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Some villas are partially accessible. Contact us to guide you to the most suitable option.
Facilities and Services
Do the villas have a private pool?
Yes, each villa has a heated private pool and surrounded by nature.
What facilities are available?
Our villas include: pool, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, linens, barbecue, sun loungers, terrace, garden, etc.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, all linens are included (bedding, towels, dishcloths).
Is cleaning service provided?
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Additional services can be added upon request.
Booking and Conditions
Can I book online?
Yes, booking is done directly on our secure website. You can check availability and prices in real-time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards.
What is the security deposit amount?
A security deposit is required before arrival (amount varies by villa). It is refunded within 7 days if no damage is found.
Can I cancel or modify a reservation?
Yes, according to our general terms and conditions of sale. Fees may apply depending on the cancellation date.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m. Arrangements possible upon prior request.

Are the villas suitable for children?
Yes. We provide, upon request, a baby bed, high chair, and toys.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets at Le Mas de Rosemarie.
